Tara Frey, LMHC,CATP Licensed Mental Health Counselor Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional

Tara Frey received her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She works with diverse adult populations, adolescents, and children, providing individual, family and group therapy. Ms. Frey blends a solution focused and cognitive behavioral approach to help her client's overcome unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, to achieve personal goals. Tara employs active listening techniques from a client-centered approach with all clients, and with younger clients, she will incorporate art, play and mindfulness techniques.
Tara is passionate about helping adolescents through their constantly changing developmental stages.Tara believes that engaging adolescents in therapy with creative and dynamic activities is essential to success. Adolescents are encouraged to build on their own strengths to improve functioning and feelings of self worth.
During her education she worked with children displaying symptoms consistent with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and participated in research involving early childhood development, and parenting strategies, published in the Journal of Early Education and Development. She has also worked with 211 (Community Helpline and Crisis Hotline), and the National Suicide Hotline.

Katy Bosso received her doctorate in Counselor Education from Florida Atlantic University, focusing on research in mindfulness meditation and mind-body wellbeing. She enjoys working with children, families, and adults, using cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and transpersonal approaches that are tailored to the client's uniqueness and goals. Katy enjoys assisting clients with many presenting concerns, such as lessening anxiety, depression, and stress, improving healthy relationships, and helping clients connect with their authentic, truest selves.

Isabella Jolly has received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Isabella works with a diverse range of individuals including adults, adolescents, children, and couples. She believes in the power of healing through deep insight and meaningful change.
Isabella’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and insight-oriented. Isabella aims to help individuals uncover the patterns that keep them feeling stuck and guide them toward lasting growth.
Isabella enjoys working with individuals navigating trauma, relational issues, anxiety, and life’s many challenges and changes, offering a safe and supportive space to explore, heal, and move forward. She uses techniques including EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, along with other evidence-based approaches, allowing individuals to work through past wounds, negative core beliefs, and build resilience for the future.
